You may be asked your security question and answer when you are shopping online as part of 2-factor authentication. If you can't member the question and answer which you set when you registered your card, you can set a new one on your purecard.eu account. Simply log in, head to My account, click on security and choose a new question and answer. Once you press save, this will be your new question and answer needed for online transactions.
